Senior Industrial Construction Manager
Job Purpose:
As a pivotal member of the company's on-site Field Service Construction Team, the Senior Construction Manager acts as the primary representative of the company on-site (Total Installed Cost > $1 Billion), reporting directly to the Construction Manager. The Senior Construction Manager provides decisive leadership and managerial oversight for all construction activities on a significant project site, leading a diverse team encompassing Construction Supervision, HSSE, Field Engineering, Quality Personnel, and Subcontractors. The Senior Construction Manager ensures strict adherence to project policies, procedures, systems, and requirements while maintaining robust communication with stakeholders ranging from supervision to Client Representatives.

Profile required:
- Bachelor's or State Engineering degree in any engineering discipline (mechanical preferred).
- Over 15 years' solid experience in industrial construction engineering and management or petrochemicals.
- At least 10 years in field leadership and management positions.
- Diversified experience on different construction projects is essential.
- Fluency in English is necessary for this position & knowledge of French is not mandatory but may be a plus.
